Personal / Directors Guarantee and Indemnity

IN CONSIDERATION of Marybrook Investments Pty Ltd t/a South West Liquor Wholesalers and its successors and assigns ("SWLW") at the request of the Guarantor supplying and continuing to supply goods and/or services to the Customer, I/we (the "Guarantor/s") unconditionally and irrevocably:

1. Guarantee the due and punctual payment to SWLW of all monies which are now owing or which may at any time be owing to SWLW by the Customer, and the due observance and performance by the Customer of all its obligations contained or implied in any contract with SWLW.

2. Hold harmless and indemnify SWLW on demand, as a separate obligation, against any liability incurred by or assessed against SWLW in connection with the supply of goods and/or services to the Customer, or the recovery of monies owing to SWLW by the Customer.

I/We further acknowledge that I/we have received, read and understood SWLW's Terms and Conditions prior to entering into this Guarantee and Indemnity and agree to be bound by them; that this is a continuing guarantee which remains in force until all monies owing have been paid; and that I/we have been advised to obtain independent legal advice before executing it.
